Seattle restaurant Design

The team behind the popular Witness bar on Broadway saw an opportunity in the space that formerly housed the iconic Broadway Grill. The partners collaborated with Fivedot to design an airy, bright and light filled space that honors the layered history of the space and the neighborhood while charting a new and exciting path.

Through the use of simple materials contrasted with pops of color and texture, we created three spaces that allow for a variety of experiences while creating efficient staff workflow. Olmste(a)d has become a neighborhood staple for innovative drinks and delicious food.
