This renovation of an old brick building on Capitol Hill creates a clean modern workspace for Coldwell Banker Bain. Reflcting the flexible nature of real estate work, the building includes shared work spaces and offices available for agents and clients. 

The office design takes advantage of the old building's high ceilings and tall windows, letting in natural light and creating an inviting space from the street.
